📌 Eligibility Criteria
For Professor
- Eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in Law or allied/relevant discipline.
- Strong record of high-quality published research.
- Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
- At least 10 years of teaching/research experience at University/National Level Institution.
- Evidence of successfully guiding doctoral candidates.
Alternative Eligibility (Outstanding Professionals):
- Ph.D. in Law or allied/applied disciplines from reputed institutions.
- Significant contribution to knowledge in the discipline, supported by documentary evidence.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
For Associate Professor
- Good academic record with a Ph.D. in Law or allied/relevant disciplines.
- Master’s Degree in Law with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor.
- At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Research score of 75 as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Degrees from reputed Universities in India or abroad.
- Doctoral/post-doctoral experience from reputed foreign institutions.
- Teaching experience at reputed Universities in India or abroad.
