About

The Delhi metropolitan Moot Court Society feels elated to announce its first 1st Innovative International Moot Court Competition, Padma Shree M.C Mehta edition 2020.which is going to be one of its kind in the country and will include active participation of the students coming from the non- law background.  This moot will not confine the participants into common court debate but will provide them with a golden opportunity to connect, counsel international students as their clients

Delhi Metropolitan Education College, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Noida Campus- Uttar Pradesh

Eligibility

• Students pursuing 3 years or 5 years of LL.B are eligible for the law entry.
  School/College/University in the territorial boundaries of India are eligible to participate.
• Students pursuing 3 years of bachelors in social work are eligible for the policy innovation Competition.
• School/College/University outside India are eligible to participate for the policy innovation Competition.
•  However, only one team is allowed to participate in the Competition from one Law or Non- Law College/Institution.
