Paid Legal Internship (Corporate & Commercial Practice):

T&R Law Offices is expanding its Corporate and Commercial practice and invites applications for a Legal Internship commencing 18th February 2026.

Position Details:

• Duration: Mandatory 3 months
• Mode: Hybrid preferred (remote option may be considered for suitable candidates)
• Location: Delhi
• Stipend: Paid internship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Law students committed to the full internship duration
• Prior internship experience or substantive interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

Interns will gain hands‑on exposure to ongoing transactions and assist in:

• Mergers & Acquisitions
• AIF Formation & Structuring
• Legal Due Diligence
• General Corporate Advisory
• Contract Drafting (Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, etc.)
• Intellectual Property Filings
• Other allied corporate law matters

Selection Criteria:

• Strong research orientation is essential
• Prior publications or writing experience in relevant legal domains will be viewed favourably
