Apprenticeship Opportunity – Legal Discipline

TCIL invites applications for 1-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended) in the field of Legal Function.

Details of Posts

  • Discipline: Legal
  • Qualification: Three-year LL.B. or Five-year Integrated Law/LL.B. course approved by the Bar Council of India
  • Seats: 02
  • Stipend: ₹12,300/- per month
  • Place of Posting: Delhi

Note: Number of posts is tentative and subject to change.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 18–28 years as on 31.03.2026 (Relaxation as per GOI guidelines for SC/ST/OBC).
  • Candidates must have acquired the requisite qualification in or after 2022.
  • Candidates who are undergoing/undergone apprenticeship elsewhere under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
  • Reservation policy for SC/ST/OBC will be followed.

Mode of Selection

  1. Provisional selection will be merit-based.
  2. Final selection will be based on interview and verification of certificates/testimonials at the time of joining.
  3. Communication will be through the registered email IDs of candidates.

General Conditions

  • Apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment at TCIL.
  • Selected candidates must give an undertaking not to claim employment after completion of training.
  • No application fee is charged.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for interview/document verification/joining.
  • Candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal with a valid NATS ID.
