Apprenticeship Opportunity – Legal Discipline
TCIL invites applications for 1-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended) in the field of Legal Function.
Details of Posts
- Discipline: Legal
- Qualification: Three-year LL.B. or Five-year Integrated Law/LL.B. course approved by the Bar Council of India
- Seats: 02
- Stipend: ₹12,300/- per month
- Place of Posting: Delhi
Note: Number of posts is tentative and subject to change.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–28 years as on 31.03.2026 (Relaxation as per GOI guidelines for SC/ST/OBC).
- Candidates must have acquired the requisite qualification in or after 2022.
- Candidates who are undergoing/undergone apprenticeship elsewhere under the Apprentices Act are not eligible.
- Reservation policy for SC/ST/OBC will be followed.
Mode of Selection
- Provisional selection will be merit-based.
- Final selection will be based on interview and verification of certificates/testimonials at the time of joining.
- Communication will be through the registered email IDs of candidates.
General Conditions
- Apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment at TCIL.
- Selected candidates must give an undertaking not to claim employment after completion of training.
- No application fee is charged.
- No TA/DA will be provided for interview/document verification/joining.
- Candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal with a valid NATS ID.
