Call for Internship Applications:

Spark Legal is inviting applications for a long-term internship with our Learning and Development team. This opportunity is ideal for someone curious about how transactions actually take shape and eager to build a deeper understanding of the venture ecosystem.

About the Role:

You will explore market trends, study how deals evolve over time, and help convert those insights into usable material for our internal knowledge frameworks.
This is not a transaction-execution role, but you will work closely with our Managing Counsel to break down real transactions and understand the drivers behind each decision and outcome.

Key Details:

Start Date: 5th January 2026
Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable)
Location: Remote
Stipend: Yes
