About the Internship
Bentham Legal invites applications for the position of Legal Associate Intern. This internship offers practical exposure to corporate and intellectual property law in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Trademarks: Conduct searches, draft/file applications, respond to examination reports, and manage client updates.
- Company Formation: Handle incorporation of private limited companies and LLPs, including SPICe+ and MCA filings.
- Draft Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, and LLP agreements.
- Coordinate with in‑house CS and CA partners.
- Draft/review contracts, MOUs, shareholder agreements, and other legal documents.
- Contribute to legal content creation.
Eligibility
- Law students in their 4th or 5th year, or recent graduates.
- Prior internship experience in IP, corporate law, private placement, or ODI.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Advantage: Pursuing CS, CA, or CMA qualifications.
Internship Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Mode: In‑person
- Location: Bentham Legal Office, ISB Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500111
- Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Vacancies: 2 positions
Stipend & Post‑Internship Opportunity
- ₹10,000 per month stipend
- Strong performers may receive a pre‑placement offer for a full‑time Associate role (CTC: ₹7–9 lakh per annum)
