School Of Law, Sharda University is organizing three days National Conference on “Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019” from 4 August to 6 August, 2022. This Conference aims to examine the issues and developments in personal data protection in India and other jurisdictions. The theme of the Conference is broad covering myriad topics on different aspects of privacy, data protection, constitutional rights, the contribution of the higher judiciary in harmonizing these rights, etc. The Conference also seeks to draw a comparison of regulation of data protection outside India and suggest the inclusion of best models from other jurisdictions.

The presentations will be conducted in Offline Mode.
