About:

The Department of Legal Studies and Research, Barkatullah University, Bhopal is organizing one day National Seminar on “Recent Trends of Judicial Activism”. The seminar will be held at Barkatullah University on 26^th November 2016.

The sub themes are:

1. Judicial Activism v. Judicial Constraint.

2. Recent trends in the development of Judicial Activism: Global and National Scenario

3. Indian Judiciary: Whether superseding the democracy?

4. Attitude of Indian Judiciary towards Judicial Activism.

Deadline:

The presentation of paper is spanned over one day, the 26^th November 2016.

Last date of submission for abstract is 7^th of November 2016

Date of intimation of Abstract selection is 12^th of November 2016

Last date of submission for full papers, PPT (if any), travel plan is 20^th of November 2016.

ELIGIBILTY

• All students pursuing graduation or post-graduation in field of Law, Humanities & social science;
• Academicians, professors, researchers, professionals etc. in field of Law, Humanities & social science;

Submission Procedure:

Abstracts of maximum 300 words should be sent to dlsrseminar@gmail.com by 7th November, 2016.

Word Limit

Full Papers counting between 3000 and 5,000 words (including footnotes) should subsequently be submitted by 20^th November 2016.
