About the Conference
The 4th CNLU-CARCIL National Conference on Securities Laws builds upon the success of previous editions and focuses on contemporary developments in India’s securities and capital markets framework.
- Format: Two-phase structure
- Phase I: Submission of original and unpublished research papers.
- Phase II: Top 8 shortlisted participants will present papers before expert panels at CNLU, Patna.
- Final Presentations: 3rd September 2026 (offline, on campus).
- Evaluation: Based on research aptitude, analytical ability, and legal reasoning.
- Recognition: Prizes and certificates will be awarded.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstract: Max 350 words (to be included in manuscript).
- Full Paper: 3000–5000 words (excluding footnotes).
- Citation Style: Bluebook (21st Edition).
- Co-authorship: Maximum of two authors.
- Language: English only.
- Similarity Index: Not above 10%.
- Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
- Registration fee payment is mandatory.
