What Is NALSAR-IAMC ADR Journal?

The NALSAR-IAMC ADR Journal (‘The Journal’) is a collaboration between The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (‘NALSAR’) and The International Arbitration and Mediation Centre, Hyderabad (‘IAMC’), and it endeavors to facilitate the development of scholarship in the fields of Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution. The Journal primarily endeavors to facilitate the development of scholarship in the fields of Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution. In furtherance of the same, the Journal aims to provide a robust platform for legal minds all over the country to showcase their critical thinking and analytical abilities in order to positively contribute to the emergent discourse surrounding Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution. In light of the above, the Editorial Board is pleased to invite submissions for Volume I, Issue I of the Journal.

What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?

• Submission Categories: The suggested word limit of the submissions is exclusive of footnotes.
  • Long articles (6,000 words or above),
  • short articles (4,000 to 6,000 words),
  • essays (2,500 to 4,000 words)
• Eligibility: Scholars, faculty members, and research students
• Guidelines for Authors:
  • The maximum number of authors for each submission shall be two.
  • All submissions must be accompanied by a 250-word abstract and 5-8 keywords.
  • Authors must ensure that the submissions are original works. All submissions will be thoroughly scrutinized for plagiarism.
  • All submissions will be subject to a two-stage blind review procedure; therefore, authors must be open to receiving feedback from the experts and must make the suggested changes as necessary.
