About the Opportunity:

The RUAS SOL Moot Court Competition 2.0 marks the second edition of this prestigious event. This year’s competition focuses on the intersection of Constitutional Law and Information Technology Law, with emphasis on digital protection and constitutional challenges in the digital age.

The competition provides a dynamic platform for aspiring legal minds to:

  • Engage in rigorous debate and advocacy
  • Navigate complex constitutional scenarios
  • Hone litigation skills under the guidance of an esteemed panel of judges

Theme:

Constitutional Law and Information Technology Law

Eligibility:

  • Bonafide undergraduate students of 5-year integrated law programmes
  • Students of 3-year regular LL.B. programmes from any BCI-recognized institution
