About the Office:

The office of an Advocate‑on‑Record at the Supreme Court of India, presently empanelled as Advocate‑on‑Record for the State of Odisha and as Panel ‘A’ Counsel for the Union of India before the Supreme Court, invites applications for Assessment Internships in the field of Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.

With over nine years of professional experience, the practice spans a wide spectrum of civil, corporate, and commercial litigation, including arbitration and infrastructure disputes. Regular appearances are made before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, and various District Courts in New Delhi. The office also advises on complex legal issues, strategizes litigation, and drafts pleadings in high‑stake contractual, regulatory, and constitutional disputes.

Practice Areas:

The office primarily handles:

• Civil Writ Petitions before the High Court.
• Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) and Appeals before the Supreme Court.
• Appearances before Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi‑judicial forums.

Internship Details:

Position: Assessment Internship
Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

Eligibility:

• 5th year students of the Five‑Year Law Course OR 3rd year students of the Three‑Year Law Course.
• Strong research skills.
• Prior internship experience of at least 5 months.

Duration: Minimum 4–8 weeks, based on performance.
