About the Competition

Parul University proudly presents the 4th edition of its national moot court competition – Samvidhan Pe Charcha 4.0. This flagship event provides a premier platform for aspiring law students to showcase their advocacy skills, constitutional knowledge, and research acumen. With a legacy of fostering legal brilliance, the competition continues to inspire future advocates to excel in courtroom craft.

Important Dates

• Problem Release & Registration Opens: 15 June 2026
• Registration Closes: 25 August 2026
• Clarification Requests Deadline: 30 August 2026
• Memorial Submission (Soft Copy): 15 September 2026
• Memorial Submission (Hard Copy), Orientation, Reporting & Researcher Test: 24 September 2026
• Competition Rounds: 25–27 September 2026

Registration Fee

• With Accommodation: ₹ 6,000
• Without Accommodation: ₹ 3,000

Registration Procedure

1. Complete payment at the official link: Parul University Moot Court 2026
2. Fill in the Registration Form attached with the brochure.
3. Email the completed form along with proof of payment to moot.pil@paruluniversity.ac.in.
4. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of acceptance mail from the organizers.

Awards & Prize Pool (₹ 5,00,000)

• Winner: ₹ 1,75,000 + Trophy + Certificates
• Runner‑Up: ₹ 1,25,000 + Trophy + Certificates
• 2nd Runner‑Up: ₹ 80,000 + Trophy + Certificates
• Best Mooter: ₹ 40,000 + Trophy + Certificates
• Best Memorial: ₹ 40,000 + Trophy + Certificates
• Best Researcher: ₹ 40,000 + Trophy + Certificates All participants will receive certificates of participation.

The Legacy of Mayra

Instituted in 2025, the ever‑rolling trophy “Mayra” symbolizes the pinnacle of advocacy and constitutional mastery. Awarded exclusively to the champions of Samvidhan Pe Charcha, it represents dedication, brilliance, and triumph. Last year, the trophy was claimed by Manipal Law School, Manipal University, Jaipur, setting a benchmark for excellence. This year, the stage is set for the next custodians of this prestigious legacy.
