Job Post for Law Graduates:- Law Clerks (Trainee) Vacancy At High Court Of Uttarakhand, Nainital

The High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital invites applications for the post of Law Clerks (Trainee) on a contractual basis.

Post: Law Clerks (Trainee)

Vacancy: 11 (Eleven)

Eligibility

  • Three-year Professional/Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from a reputed Law College or recognized University throughout the country.
  • The applicant should be a Law Graduate who has not started practice as an advocate or engaged in any other profession or vocation/service.
  • Advocates with up to 05 years of practice can also apply, but they will have to surrender their license to the Bar Council before joining if selected.

Application Procedure

• Interested candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format and shall submit it to the Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital on or before 15.07.2022.
