Competition Commission of India is a statutory body of the Government of India responsible for enforcing The Competition Act, 2002 throughout India and to prevent activities that have an appreciable adverse effect on competition in India.
It was established on 14 October 2003.

Officers from the All India Services/Central Civil Services Group ‘A’/Indian Law Service/Indian Company Law Service/Autonomous Organisations/Regulatory Authorities/Universities/Academic/Research/Judicial Institutions etc.
Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university and working in analogous post/grade or five years’ service in the Grade pay of Rs. 6600 or equivalent.

The application in the prescribed Pro-forma, together with all necessary documents i.e. cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, copies of APARs, etc and Certificate from the Employer may be sent to the undersigned at the address indicated above, through proper channel latest by 24th February 2020.
