Job Opportunity for law Graduates:- Legal Support Professional at Wong Partnership LLP, Singapore [Entry Level]: Apply Now!

Wong Partnership LLP is expanding its legal team for its Singapore office. They are inviting applications from legal professionals for a Legal Support professional job.

Roles to cater

  • Assisting with drafting of wills, as well as probate and lasting power of attorney applications under the supervision of lawyers
  • Assisting in drafting Information Memorandum and Prospectus for capital market transactions
  • Assisting in drafting template documentation for capital market transactions
  • Responsible for applications to the stock exchange for capital market transactions

Eligibility

  • A Degree in Law; other disciplines may be considered
  • Proficiency in the English language, with strong writing skills.
  • Our ideal candidate is a person with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • No prior experience is necessary – mid-career and back-to-work professionals are also welcome to apply.
