The Moot Court Society of Amity Law School, Haryana works through the combined efforts of exceptionally competent Faculty as well as the enthusiastic students and organises various Competitions to brush up the practical knowledge in the field of law in the students. The efforts of the Society are channelized towards grooming the law students to make them fit for the legal world. It provides them with the opportunity to get trained at working in teams by giving different challenges in order to mould their attitude and personalities and prepare them to face life situations gracefully.
Each participating Team can comprise of two (2) or three (3) students pursuing the three or five year courses of the LL.B. Degree or its equivalent in the Academic Year 2018-2019 from Institutions all over India. In case of two (2) members, both the members shall be designated as Speakers and any one of them shall also be designated as Researcher. In a Team of three (3) members, two members shall be designated as Speakers and the third member as Researcher.
No additional member or Team mentor shall be allowed to accompany the Team.
An Institution shall be entitled to send only one (1) Team to the Competition.
Institutions should provisionally register themselves by filling up the Google Form on or before 20th January, 2019 (23:59 hours IST). Upon filling the Google Form, the Moot Court Society will send a confirmation mail.
The Registration Fee (with food, accommodation and transportation) for the Competition is INR 6000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand). Teams must make the payment of the said amount through NEFT/RTGS in account of:

The Teams shall be required to pay the Registration Fee only after they have received confirmation mail.
Clarifications and doubts will only be entertained through emails, sent to alshmootcourtsociety@gmail.com till 31st January, 2019 (23:59 hours IST). The list of all the clarifications shall be released on 5th February, 2019 (23:59 hours IST).
The “Researchers’ Test” shall take place on 8 th March, 2019. Only the Researcher, as indicated in the Team Registration, shall take the Researcher test. A Speaker can only take the Researchers’ Test if the Team comprises of two Speakers only.
The dress code to be adhered to for and duration of the Competition is – Ladies: White Shirt/Kurta, Black Blazer, Black Trousers/Salwar and Black Shoes. Gentlemen: White Shirt, Black Blazer, Black Trousers, Black Tie and Black Shoes.
