Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparation of legal documents including petitions, pleadings, written statements, statements of claims, applications, and replies.
• Attending court hearings to gain practical understanding of court procedures, filing processes, and case management.
• Conducting legal research on various points of law and assisting in identifying and analysing relevant case laws.
• Working on live cases with real‑time exposure to client interaction and case strategy under senior supervision.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law students, preferably in the 3rd year or above of a 5‑year course or equivalent stage in a 3‑year law course.
• Strong interest in litigation and procedural laws.
• Good skills in legal research, drafting, and writing.
• Ability to work responsibly and maintain professional conduct.
