About the Organisation:

Law CPM is the independent practice of Adv. Prashant Mishra, a seasoned advocate with over twenty years of experience in litigation and arbitration. Before establishing his own practice in 2023, he served as a Partner in the litigation and arbitration group at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. His practice is rooted in rigorous advocacy, case management, and strategic dispute resolution.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Applicants are expected to demonstrate:

• Prior substantive internship experience (court, chamber, or law firm).
• Strong grasp of foundational legal concepts and ability to apply them in practice.
• Willingness to take responsibility, follow instructions carefully, and work with diligence.
• Serious intent to learn and contribute actively (this is not a passive internship).

Work Profile & Responsibilities:

Selected interns will be engaged in:

• Legal research and drafting.
• Assistance in ongoing litigation and arbitration matters.
• Case management, filing, and coordination.
• Close involvement in matters requiring attention to detail and precision.

Stipend:

There is no fixed stipend bar. Remuneration will be determined based on the intern’s contribution, performance, and quality of work delivered.

Selection Process:

• Stage 1: CV shortlisting.
• Stage 2: Interview round for shortlisted candidates.

Location:

The practice is based in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
