About Organizers:

Surjendu Sankar Das is an Advocate‑on‑Record (AOR) at the Supreme Court of India, with a distinguished practice in commercial arbitration. His expertise spans complex international and domestic arbitrations, including enforcement and challenge proceedings in sectors such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Power Projects, Telecom, and Shareholder disputes. He also represents clients before High Courts, Trial Courts, and Tribunals across India, with significant experience in trials, appellate matters, and writ litigation. Surjendu previously served as Dispute Resolution Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi.

Annie Mittal, an alumna of ILS Pune and Queen Mary University (LL.M.), has extensive experience in domestic and international arbitrations, particularly in Oil & Gas and Construction disputes. She specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court and High Courts in civil, commercial, and criminal matters.

Together, they lead D&M Legal, a practice deeply engaged in arbitration and litigation across diverse sectors.
