Roles and Responsibilities:

Interns will gain hands‑on exposure to corporate legal matters, including:

• Conducting legal research on corporate law issues.
• Drafting legal documents, agreements, and notices.
• Supporting compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Assisting in due diligence and transactional advisory work.
• Collaborating with legal professionals on ongoing projects.

Internship Details:

• Mode: Online/Remote.
• Duration: 1–3 months.
• Work Type: Practical exposure to corporate law, compliance, and advisory matters.
• Mentorship: Direct guidance from corporate law practitioners.
