About the Symposium:

International criminal law has emerged as a vital field addressing crimes that transcend borders—such as genocide, war crimes, terrorism, cybercrime, and human trafficking. This symposium provides a platform for scholars, practitioners, policymakers, jurists, and students to critically examine contemporary challenges and future trajectories of international criminal justice.


Objectives of Symposium:

The symposium seeks to:

  • Examine the foundations and evolution of international criminal law.
  • Analyze the role and jurisdiction of international courts and tribunals.
  • Discuss challenges in prosecuting international crimes.
  • Explore emerging issues: cyber warfare, terrorism, environmental crimes, crimes against humanity.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstract: 300 words, with up to 5 keywords.
  • Full Paper: 2500–5000 words (including footnotes).
  • Format: MS Word, Times New Roman (14‑pt heading, 12‑pt text, 1.5 spacing; footnotes 10‑pt, 2.0 spacing).
  • Maximum of two authors per paper.
  • Citation Style: ILI Mode of Citation.
  • Papers must be original, with plagiarism <10%, and will undergo double‑blind peer review.

Publication:

Selected papers will be published in a peer‑reviewed ISSN journal (additional fee applicable).
