VNC Corporate & Legal is a boutique law firm based in south Delhi. The Firm deals in a wide range of practice areas including Civil, Criminal, M&A, intellectual property rights, real estate laws, and general corporate advisory.

Eligibility

Interested candidate must be a student of 4th year or above (5 years Law program) or a final year student (3 years law program).

Roles to cater

About the selected Intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Conducting legal research on various legal topics and preparing research papers/notes/articles for/on behalf of the Firm.
II. Assisting the team members in different legal work e.g. drafting of notices, applications, petitions, replies, MOUs, Agreements etc.
III. Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
