Revisiting Criminal Laws: Protection of Women in the Digital Era 20–21 November 2026 | ICFAI University, Jaipur

Organised by the Centre for Criminal Law and Criminology, ICFAI Law School, Jaipur, this international conference aims to critically examine the challenges posed by technology to women’s safety and rights in the digital era. It provides a platform for academicians, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and law enforcement officials to deliberate on contemporary issues and propose effective legal and policy responses.

About the Conference

The digital age has introduced new forms of crimes against women, necessitating a review of criminal laws, policies, and enforcement mechanisms. The conference will feature keynote addresses, paper presentations, and discussions on cybercrimes, digital evidence, online safety, AI‑related risks, victim protection, and criminal justice reforms. It seeks to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and generate practical recommendations for safeguarding women’s rights in cyberspace.

Call for Papers

Authors worldwide are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers for offline, on‑campus presentation at ICFAI University, Jaipur.

Submission Guidelines

• Language: English
• Abstract: 250–300 words with 5–7 keywords
• Full Paper: 4,000–5,000 words (Bluebook 20th Edition citation style)
• Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing, A4, 1‑inch margins
• Plagiarism Policy: Similarity index ≤ 10%
• Abstract Deadline: 21 October 2026 (via Google Form)
• Full Paper Deadline: 4 November 2026 (via acceptance mail link)
• Hard Copy: Abstract and paper to be brought on conference day
