About Justice Madhu Jain:

Hon’ble Ms. Justice Madhu Jain was born on 18th November 1966. She completed her B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, and pursued her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, graduating in 1991. In 1992, she was selected into the Delhi Judicial Services, beginning her judicial career on the Bench side. She later completed her LL.M. in 2000.

Her distinguished career spans over three decades in the District Courts, where she presided over diverse jurisdictions including Civil, Criminal, NDPS, CBI, MACT, and Family Courts. She also served as Principal District and Sessions Judge across multiple districts of Delhi (North, South-East, South, and West).

In recognition of her remarkable legal acumen and dedication to justice, she was elevated as a Judge of the High Court of Delhi on 24th July 2025, marking a significant milestone in her judicial journey.


Internship Details:

The Office of Hon’ble Ms. Justice Madhu Jain invites applications for full-time, in-person judicial internships on a rolling basis, with particular openings for April 2026.
