(Hons.), LL.M., and Ph.D., delivered through rigorous curriculum, innovative pedagogy, and research-driven training. Backed by India’s largest media enterprise, SOL nurtures lawyers who think clearly on justice, rights, and societal progress.
CFLGS is dedicated to excellence in teaching, research, and advocacy at the intersection of family law and gender studies. The Centre advances constitutional morality, gender justice, civil rights, and progressive perspectives on families and identities. Through seminars, workshops, training, publications, and collaborations with practitioners, policymakers, and social organizations, CFLGS promotes reforms in gender equality, child protection, and social justice—bridging scholarship and practice to build an inclusive legal framework grounded in dignity and fairness.
Justice today requires rethinking systems and values across public and private spheres. Gender equality, family relations, and children’s rights are central to global human rights discourse, with law responding to reproductive autonomy, protection frameworks, diverse family structures, and intersectional discrimination. This international conference convenes academicians, practitioners, policymakers, civil society, and students to critically examine legal intersections and chart progressive pathways that uphold dignity, equality, and justice. Outcomes are expected to enrich scholarship, influence policy, and inspire advocacy for a more inclusive legal order.
Submissions on related sub-themes aligned with the conference’s objectives are welcome.
Participants must register after receiving abstract acceptance from the organizing committee. Registration details will be shared in the acceptance email.
