About the Conference:

Justice today requires rethinking systems and values across public and private spheres. Gender equality, family relations, and children’s rights are central to global human rights discourse, with law responding to reproductive autonomy, protection frameworks, diverse family structures, and intersectional discrimination. This international conference convenes academicians, practitioners, policymakers, civil society, and students to critically examine legal intersections and chart progressive pathways that uphold dignity, equality, and justice. Outcomes are expected to enrich scholarship, influence policy, and inspire advocacy for a more inclusive legal order.
