Founded in 1975 under the Karnataka Lingayat Education Society, KLE Law College, Bengaluru has been a leading institution for legal education in India. Initially offering a three‑year LL.B. programme, the College expanded to include the five‑year integrated B.A. LL.B. (1996) and B.B.A. LL.B. (2011–12) programmes to meet the demands of a globalized legal and corporate environment. Recognized by the Bar Council of India, the College became a constituent of KLE Technological University, Hubballi in 2021, after its affiliation with Karnataka State Law University.
The KLE‑JUSTECH 2027 International Conference provides a global forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, judges, and industry experts to deliberate on the future of justice in a rapidly digitizing world.
The conference will critically examine how artificial intelligence, surveillance technologies, facial recognition, predictive policing, digital forensics, deepfakes, algorithmic risk assessment, and automated decision‑making are reshaping criminal investigation, evidence, adjudication, and sentencing.
It will also explore how constitutional guarantees—privacy, due process, equality, and freedom of expression—can be safeguarded in the age of algorithms.
