The ADR Society at NUALS equips students with skills in arbitration, negotiation, mediation, and conciliation. It promotes participation in national and international competitions and hosts ADR‑centric events annually.   • Maritime & Admiralty Disputes: Charter party agreements, marine insurance, port operations, vessel arrests, salvage, and pollution claims.
  • Space, Aviation & Defence: Satellite collisions, procurement disputes, aviation passenger rights, and PPPs in space law.
  • Global Health & Biosecurity: Pandemic‑related contracts, pharma supply chains, biotechnology patents, and WHO frameworks.
  • Data Sovereignty & Cyber Conflicts: Data localisation, cloud service disputes, and international cyber investigations.
  • ESG & Corporate Governance: Labour rights, ethical supply chains, investor‑company disputes, and governance failures.
  • FinTech & DeFi: Crypto‑asset arbitration, decentralised finance disputes, CBDCs, and fraud resolution.
  • AI & Algorithmic Accountability: Liability for AI‑generated harm, bias disputes, autonomous vehicles, and compliance conflicts.

  • Abstracts must be submitted with proof of payment and cover letter by 25th December 2025.
  • Full papers must be submitted by 23rd January 2026.
  • Authors must declare originality and copyright compliance.
  • Papers will undergo blind review by the Editorial Committee.
  • Shortlisted authors will present during the seminar; winners will be adjudicated by a distinguished panel.
