Insightful Session for law students on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code & the Career Prospects- ICFAI Law School-Oct 11, 4 PM

The ICFAI University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand (hence referred to as the University) was created on July 8, 2003, by the Uttaranchal Legislative Assembly passing the ICFAI University Act 2003 (Act No.16 of 2003) and receiving the Governor’s assent. Among the two Indian universities on this list, ICFAI is the sole non-governmental organisation.

Regarding the Speaker
Amir Bavani is a Principal Associate of Dhir & Dhir Associates, based in Hyderabad. He holds an MBA from ICFAI University and has finished both his LLB and LLM at Osmania University. His primary area of expertise is Dispute Resolution, particularly as it pertains to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, Banking Laws, and General Corporate.
