Whether a strong,world class Intellectual Property Rights regime will benefit India & Indian companies?

Two First Prizes
Best Speaker for the motion: Cash Prize INR 50000
Best Speaker Against the motion: Cash Prize INR 50000

Debate Format:

STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT Students are required to submit a 500 word Abstract as well as a two minute Video recording of debate on the Motion. They can decide to take a position either For the Motion or Against the   Motion.

STEP 2: LIVE DEBATE 8 Speakers would be selected based on the above Abstracts and Vedio (4 Speakers For the Motion and 4 Speakers Against the Motion) to appear for a Live Debate at the Indian Society of International Law,
Bhagwan Das Road, New Delhi on October 21, 2016

• Last date of Submission shall be September 20, 2016.
