About the Summit

The Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) proudly announces the ADR Summit 2026, commemorating its Silver Jubilee (25th Anniversary). Over the past 25 years, IIAM has been at the forefront of advancing institutional arbitration and mediation in India, fostering innovation, capacity‑building, and global best practices in dispute resolution.

The Summit will be graced by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Chief Justice of India, as the Chief Guest, alongside distinguished judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts, eminent arbitrators, mediators, academicians, and industry experts.

This landmark one‑day conference will feature panel discussions, academic exchanges, and networking sessions, reaffirming IIAM’s commitment to excellence in ADR and shaping the future of dispute resolution in India and beyond.
