National Law University Delhi (NLUD) invites applications for two contractual positions under the prestigious Joint Masters/LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law & Management Programme, offered in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM – Indian IP Office).

This unique programme blends intellectual property law expertise with modern management principles, creating a global platform for advanced learning and research.

Position Details:

Eligibility Highlights:

Assistant Professor (IP Law)

• LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights with 55% marks or equivalent.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years teaching/research experience in IPR.
• Demonstrated record of quality publications.

Associate (Admin)

• Graduate degree with 55% aggregate marks.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration/project coordination in academic/government institutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Profiles:

• Assistant Professor (IP Law): Teaching, research supervision, programme implementation, and academic coordination.
• Associate (Admin): Administrative support, HR processes, financial records, event coordination, and programme documentation.

Emoluments:

• Assistant Professor (IP Law): ₹90,000/- per month (subject to TDS).
• Associate (Admin): ₹50,000/- per month (subject to TDS).

No additional benefits/perks are provided.
