About the Conference:

Young people across the globe are reshaping democracy through climate action, social justice movements, digital activism, and demands for institutional reform. Yet, despite their growing engagement, youth remain underrepresented in decision-making spaces.

The Youth & Democracy Conference seeks to address this gap by creating an interdisciplinary platform for research, dialogue, and policy-oriented discussion. The aim is to strengthen youth representation, participation, and democratic renewal with a special focus on the Global South.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstracts: 300–500 words, 3–5 keywords, title ≤20 words (UPPER CASE), text ≤200 words.
  • Papers: ≤3500 words (including references), Times New Roman 12pt, double-spaced, APA 7th edition citation.
  • Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • Submit in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format only.
