Certificate Course | International Commercial & Investment Treaty Arbitration | NLU Delhi | Apply by 1st July 2026
The National Law University Delhi (NLUD) announces the International Investment Arbitration Certificate Course 2026, a five‑month hybrid programme commencing on 11 July 2026. This initiative is designed to strengthen India’s institutional and professional capacity in the fields of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration, equipping participants with both theoretical foundations and practical skills to address complex cross‑border disputes.
The course is conducted under the Chair on Investment Treaties and International Commercial Arbitration, patronised by Justice Indu Malhotra and chaired by Mr. V.K. Rajah, Vice President of the ICC Court of Arbitration. It represents NLUD’s continuing commitment to advancing legal education and fostering excellence in dispute resolution.
