‘CALL FOR CHAPTERS’ OF EDITED BOOK – “Corporate Law & Management in India”

About the Book

The evolving landscape of Indian corporate governance, regulatory reforms, sustainability imperatives, technological disruption, and changing stakeholder expectations has transformed the relationship between corporate law and management. Contemporary organisations are expected to balance profitability with accountability, ethical conduct, environmental responsibility, and stakeholder welfare. Simultaneously, policymakers and regulators continue to introduce reforms to enhance transparency, investor protection, corporate governance, and sustainable business practices.

This edited volume seeks original contributions that critically examine the intersection of corporate law and management in India, while addressing emerging legal, regulatory, governance, and managerial challenges in the contemporary corporate ecosystem.
