The Society for Constitutional Law and Human Rights (SCLHR), founded on August 15, 2018, at the UPES School of Law in Dehradun, is a student-led forum dedicated to promoting research, increasing students’ ability to interpret the law in light of changing circumstances, raising awareness of issues concerning Comparative Constitutional Law and Human Rights, and making the Constitution and Human Rights a priority.
SCLHR encourages papers from students, academics, academicians, and legal practitioners on a continuous basis to foster discussion and research on Constitutional Law and Human Rights.
Relevant Themes
SCLHR encourages any papers relating to static and contemporary topics in Constitutional Law and Human Rights, such as legislative analysis, analysis of recent decisions, and comparative analysis with other legal jurisdictions and constitutional frameworks.

Information in General
Submissions to the SCLHR are being accepted on a rolling basis.
Following submission, each manuscript will be subjected to two internal reviews by the SCLHR Editorial team.
Acceptance of any submission shall be at the exclusive discretion of SCLHR.
The status of publication/rejection will be communicated to the author(s) within 7-10 working days of the submission’s receipt.
