Job Profile:

Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP are looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation Practice, based in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities as an Associate/ Senior Associate:

• Work on IP litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a collaborative team across offices.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prosecute cases, brief counsels, and appear before courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal notices and handle all ancillary tasks associated with IP litigation.
• Travel across India as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• LLB (3-year or 5-year course) with 3+ years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.
• Experience handling trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.
• Above-average academic credentials, fluent in English, and a dedicated team player.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
