It examines the restructuring of Concordia International’s operations in India, allegations of money laundering, freezing of accounts under CrPC & PMLA, and challenges to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2020. The case raises critical questions on civil society space, regulatory compliance, and constitutional freedoms.
