About the Organisation

The Office of Ms. Shubhra Parashar, Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India before the Delhi High Court, is inviting applications from law students for a long-term internship opportunity.

Ms. Parashar is an advocate with over 26 years of professional experience in litigation. The internship will provide practical exposure to matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and the Delhi High Court, with emphasis on legal research, drafting, and litigation practice.

About the Internship

This internship is designed for dedicated law students who can commit to a minimum of 3–4 months. Interns will gain hands-on experience in:

• Drafting pleadings, replies, counter-affidavits, and applications
• Conducting legal research and identifying statutory provisions and judicial precedents
• Preparing case briefs, notes, and supporting documents
• Organising case files and assisting in litigation-related work

Eligibility

• Students pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated LL.B. course
• Preference for:
  • 3rd year students of the 5-year law course
  • Final year students of the 3-year LL.B. course
• Minimum commitment: 3–4 months
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and communication will be an advantage
