KLE Society’s KLE College of Law, Navi Mumbai, established under the prestigious KLE Society, is inviting applications for the post of Associate Professor of Law for the academic year 2026–2027. Position Details

• Post: Associate Professor (Law)
• Number of Vacancies: 10 (Ten)
• Location: Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Nature of Appointment: As per UGC norms and Government of Maharashtra regulations

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the qualifications prescribed under:

• UGC Notification dated 18 July 2018
• Government of Maharashtra Resolution dated 8 March 2019
• University Circular dated 26 March 2019 (as revised from time to time)

Essential Requirements:

• Good academic record with LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law (as per UGC norms).
• Compliance with NET/SET/Ph.D. regulations under UGC guidelines.
• Demonstrated teaching and research competence.

Desirable:

• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
• Prior teaching experience in reputed institutions.
• Knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Delivering lectures and conducting tutorials in core and elective law subjects.
• Guiding students in research, moot courts, and academic projects.
• Contributing to curriculum development and institutional academic culture.
• Undertaking departmental responsibilities and supporting institutional growth.
