The forthcoming edited volume on International Contract Law seeks to provide a comprehensive yet accessible understanding of the evolving framework governing international commercial transactions and cross‑border contractual relations. In today’s globalized era, international contracts form the backbone of trade, commerce, investment, and dispute resolution.
This book aims to bridge theoretical principles with practical realities by focusing on the formation, interpretation, drafting, performance, and enforcement of international contracts. It will critically examine key international instruments such as:
