Established in 2004, the college is committed to providing quality legal education and nurturing competent, ethical, and socially responsible legal professionals.

About the Workshop:

Many faculty members, research scholars, and postgraduate students have promising research ideas but often require structured guidance to transform them into methodologically sound, high‑quality academic work. This workshop aims to provide such guidance through a focused and interdisciplinary academic programme.

Nature and Mode of the Workshop:

• The workshop adopts a Four Quadrant approach for comprehensive learning.
• It will be conducted entirely in ONLINE mode.
• Sessions will be delivered by resource persons from reputed institutions such as:
  • National Forensic Science University
  • Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow
  • Amity University
  • Chaudhary Charan Singh University
• Platforms: Microsoft Teams / Google Meet for live sessions; Google Classroom for coordination, study material, attendance, exercises, and announcements.
• Each session: 45–50 minutes, followed by 10–15 minutes Q&A and academic exercises.

Objectives of the Workshop:

• Strengthen conceptual understanding of research methodology.
• Build capacity in identifying research problems, formulating questions, and defining scope.
• Highlight doctrinal, empirical, comparative, qualitative, quantitative, and multidisciplinary approaches.
• Promote research ethics, academic integrity, and responsible use of AI in research.

Target Audience:

Faculty members, research scholars, postgraduate students, and early‑career researchers.

Themes and Academic Exercises:

Daily themes will progressively cover:

• Foundations of research methodology
• Research design, tools, and techniques
• Ethics and AI in research
• Data collection and academic writing
• Journal selection and publication strategy

Each day will include short academic exercises to translate theory into practice.
