The Centre for Trade and Investment Law (CTIL), established in 2016 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, invites applications for its prestigious Internship Programme 2026.
CTIL is India’s leading platform for research and policy engagement in international trade and investment law. It provides rigorous legal and policy analysis to the Department of Commerce and other government bodies, assisting in trade negotiations, dispute settlement, taxation, and development of domestic laws impacting India’s trade commitments.
The Centre has established itself as a thought leader in WTO law, international investment law, and economic integration, publishing books, articles, and papers, while organizing conferences, consultations, and training programmes.
