The volume seeks to provides a comprehensive overview of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), the legal frameworks, their importance in protecting creations of human intellect, promoting innovation and safeguarding creativity. This research work will present the jurisprudential perspectives, combining theoretical aspects and statutory frameworks, through research papers and discussions from each of the IPR regimes. Submission Guidelines:
- Abstract: 200–300 words
- Keywords: 4–5
- Word Limit: 4,000–5,000 words (including references)
- Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1.5
- Referencing: APA 7th Edition
- Plagiarism: Not exceeding 10%
- AI-generated submissions: Strictly prohibited
- Co-authorship: Up to 3 authors permitted
- Fees: No submission or publication fee
- Format: .doc / .docx
- All submissions must be original and unpublished
- A covering letter mentioning author name(s), chapter title, and email ID is mandatory
- Authors should refrain from using AI-generated or paraphrased content. Any attempt to unduly use AI tools for content creation or manipulation may lead to disqualification.
