Application Process:

• Applications must be submitted online via the ERP Portal.
• No offline applications will be accepted.
• After online submission, candidates must:
  • Download the application form from the ERP portal.
  • Attach all supporting documents (publications, certificates, experience proofs).

Specific Instructions:

For Professor of Law (Regular)

• Applicants must fill and upload the API Score Form.
• Supporting documents for claimed API points (cover page of publications, ISSN/ISBN details, copyright, authorial page, etc.) must be submitted in hard copy.
• Service conditions, salary, and allowances will follow UGC Regulations and HPNLU rules.

For Assistant Professor of Law (Contractual)

• Applicants must submit supporting documents for publications and experience.
• Appointment is purely contractual for one year, extendable by the university.
• Consolidated salary: ₹70,000 per month.

General Conditions:

• Applications must be complete and accurate; incomplete forms may be rejected.
• Shortlisting may be based on higher qualifications/experience beyond the minimum prescribed.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test/interview.
• Interview dates will be notified on the university website and via email.
• Application fee is non-refundable and payable only through the online gateway.
• Selected candidates must join within the specified period mentioned in the appointment order.
• All appointments are provisional, subject to verification of documents and antecedents.
• The university reserves the right to revise, reschedule, or cancel the recruitment process without assigning reasons.
• Territorial jurisdiction for disputes lies with the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh.
