About MNLU Nagpur:

The NTLM 2026 problem engages with pressing issues in Technology Law, preparing participants to navigate evolving legal frameworks with confidence.


About the Moot Court Committee (MCC):

The MCC at MNLU Nagpur has been instrumental in cultivating advocacy excellence. Having successfully hosted four editions of NTLM and the Surana & Surana SAARC Regional South Rounds of the 29th Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition (2025), MCC continues to provide a platform for students to engage with contemporary legal challenges.

  • Format: Two-stage competition
    • Stage 1: Memorial Evaluation Rounds
    • Stage 2: Oral Rounds at MNLU Nagpur campus
  • Focus: Legal complexities at the intersection of law, policy, and technology
  • Judges: Esteemed legal scholars, industry experts, and practitioners

  • Jan 20, 2026 – Release of Brochure, Proposition & Rulebook
  • Jan 25, 2026 – Deadline for Provisional Registration
  • Jan 29, 2026 – Deadline for Seeking Clarifications
  • Jan 31, 2026 – Deadline for Final Registration
  • Feb 3, 2026 – Release of Clarifications
  • Feb 12, 2026 – Deadline for Memorial Submission
  • Feb 18, 2026 – Release of Memorial Evaluation Rounds
  • Mar 13–15, 2026 – Researchers’ Test & Oral Rounds
