Skill Development Programme | GST: Law, Litigation and Practice | Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys | GNLU Gandhinagar | Register by 1st September 2026
The GNLU Forum for Tax Laws (GFTL), under the aegis of the GNLU Centre for Banking and Financial Laws (GCBFL), is pleased to invite students, legal professionals, tax practitioners, academicians, and other interested stakeholders to participate in the 1st Edition of GNLU-LKS Skill Development Programme on GST: Law, Litigation and Practice, scheduled to be held from 19th to 21st September 2026 at Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar.
The programme will feature sessions led by partners from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys (LKS), one of India’s foremost law firms in the field of taxation. With a practice spanning advisory, compliance and litigation across the full spectrum of GST issues from classification and valuation disputes to input tax credit, refunds and departmental proceedings, the LKS team brings first-hand experience of the practical and procedural realities of the GST regime.
The registration fees for the programme are as follows:-
