About the Internship:

Key Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will:

• Conduct property title searches and verification
• Review land records, encumbrance certificates, and compliance with the Stamp Act & Registration Act
• Assist in real estate transactions, including gift deeds and dispute resolution matters
• Gain practical knowledge of development authority procedures and advisory practices

Eligibility:

• Open to law students based in Uttar Pradesh
• Strong research skills and attention to detail are essential
• Interest in property law and real estate transactions preferred
