Abstract Submission (OPEN) – Three Slots:
First Slot:
- Submission Deadline: 31st January 2026
- Review Results: on or before 15th February 2026
Second Slot:
- Submission Deadline: 2nd February 2026
- Review Results: on or before 18th February 2026
Third & Final Slot:
- Submission Deadline: 19th February 2026
- Review Results: on or before 28th February 2026
Important Note:
- Only the abstract submitted through the above Google form will be taken for review and Abstracts sent directly via email to us will not be taken for review and discarded.
- Please avoid submitting papers of descriptive/overview nature and avoid plagiarism. Also, Please avoid writing the entire abstract using AI, We can easily identify the AI way of writing compared to Human Writing. AI can be used for editing grammar but not writing a full abstract.
Other Rules of Abstract Submission:
- Review Process: All abstracts will be reviewed by two international experts. The Programme Committee, in consultation with the General Chair, will make the final decision. Results will be announced via email.
- Submission Mode: Abstracts sent via email will not be accepted.
- Ethics & Plagiarism: IIJPS and SASCV strictly condemn plagiarism. All abstracts will undergo plagiarism checks. Cut‑and‑paste work or AI‑generated content will not be accepted. Authors must paraphrase or write original content.
- Authorship: Up to four authors may jointly submit one abstract. A maximum of two abstracts per author is allowed. All authors must register individually to receive certificates. Non‑registered authors will be removed from the program.
- Registration Requirement: Selected abstracts will only be included in the final programme if registration and fee payment are completed.
- Presentation: Authors are expected to present their papers online as per schedule. If the lead author cannot present, a registered co‑author may do so. Certificates will not be issued in absentia. Non‑presenters’ certificates will be shredded on the last day.
- Commitment: Submission of an abstract implies commitment to participate. Authors unable to attend must inform organizers in advance. No‑shows without notice affect panel quality.
