The Two-Day Intensive Certificate Course on New Labour Codes is designed to equip the academicians, professionals, compliance officers, practitioners, and organisational leaders with a clear, practical, and actionable understanding of the Four Labour Codes on Wages, Industrial Relations, Social Security, and Occupational Safety, Health and working Conditions. Participants will learn how to interpret the codes, manage inspections, mitigate legal risks, and prepare their organisation for seamless transition under the new regulatory framework. By the end of this two-day programme, participants will gain not only knowledge but also the confidence and tools needed to ensure full compliance with India’s new labour law regime.
